Dear Shareholder Re Charterhouse Property Management – Continuity of Communal Services In these uncertain times when we are being encouraged to self-isolate if showing any symptoms of COVID-19, please be assured that your communal areas will be continued to be managed as long as resources are available to us to do so. Scheduled Internal Cleaning, Gardening and Window Cleaning will continue unchanged however we may encounter delays in dealing with unexpected repairs as more of the population are forced to self-isolate. Our Office will remain open until further notice, but we do recommend for the foreseeable future the use of our tenant portal for logging help desk calls or administration queries. E mail to our -office@charterhousepm.co.uk will also be acceptable method of contacting us. All Annual General Meetings will be postponed for the foreseeable future. Self-isolation with become widespread shortly and it will be vital for all residents sharing communal areas to maintain high levels of hygiene when they need to use the communal areas- entrance door handles, lifts, intercom panels. Equally important will be for volunteers willing to come forward from within the blocks to support residents who are unable to leave their homes for essential shopping or medicines.
